Refers to a person who is swollen or puffed up, usually as a result of an insect bite or an allergic reaction. It is a colloquial variation of the word hinchado (in Dominican Spanish, the silent h is frequently pronounced as a j sound and the d in the ado ending is often dropped).
I am jinchao because a wasp stung me; I am sick from the allergy and I got jinche.
1. A sudden or unexpected crowd of people in one spot that blocks traffic or creates a nuisance. 2. A bump or swelling on a muscle or bone resulting from an injury, though this is an older usage that has mostly fallen out of style.
1. There is such a Tumulto on that corner that you can not even get past. 2. He fell down the stairs and now he has a Tumulto on his knee.
